    There's not a whole lot to see and do in Talirm Bend itself but the little museum and information Centre at the old train station is a good start. The staff are friendly and helpful and can help you plan your trip to the old town on the outskirts of town. You can't actually catch any trains from this station - but you can watch them pass by.

    This pretty little railway station is worth the trip out to Tailem Bend. Filled with fascinating history, we were personally guided through by Ray 'Rusty' Bolt and enjoyed every story he told us. It was a great experience to meet someone who started working on the railways in the days of steam. This is a valuable part of South Australian rail history.

    Great place to drop into, plenty of maps and information, this is also a railway museum aswell so you can look at old railway equipment, it was definitely an interesting visit and I learnt a bit about the old railway systems!
