  I've had a few emergency problems and the guys have always got me back on the road in no time. Their prices are competitive and they are always up front with costs. Sometimes it's hard to get a booking, but in a 1 mechanic town, it's to be expected.

  After i returned 2 days later with complaint of noise. I was told he (the mechanic who put it on) would replace it.  But my car would be fine FOR THE MEAN TIME the spring in the tensioner housing was not tightly wound which caused the noise ; HOWEVER i was told it would be fine compared to my cracked one .

  6 weeks passed NO contact and I returned with another noise but knocking from in the engine .

  He was informed that he was not the person we were speaking with or had agreed to a solution previously. This all caused offence to which now they( the boss)have refused to work on my car after which they are entitled to do. they also are NOT responsible for my second hand part, however They have left me with a car that needs to be TOWED over 25 kms and now feeling stranded with 2 young children in a rural area. Very disappointed.

  He told me my issue was just a pully ( same mechanic) and upon return I was told it was NOT the $25 pully but the tensioner housing. THAT THEY AGREED TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER S/HAND PART.  $75 second hand part  became $180 new for the part and $100 labour After purchasing the part from repco i rang up next day and they refused work to my car because they felt I was aggressive toward them, I politely plead to him that he stated to me he would replace it I received a blank look. Followed by another staff member, this gentleman had no idea what we were discussing, stated that. There is no warranty on s/hand parts. And how would they know if i left my number or not. AUDIT BOOKWORK SUGGESTED!

  I feel as if I was evaded when i asked if they has found my part i was told yes. We further walked to my car where i started the engine so the mechanic could hear the noise i had referred to.
